The mission of the Minnesota Gambling Control Board
is to educate and regulate the lawful gambling industry
to ensure the integrity of operations and provide for the lawful use of net profits.

Rules Committee

Members are Robert Hyde, Chair; Geno Fragnito; and Susan McCarville.

The Rules Committee meets with Public Advisory Committees that are comprised of representatives from licensed organizations, distributors, manufacturers, linked bingo game providers, and other affected parties. For additional rules information click here.   

Legislative Committee
Members are William Gillespie, Chair;  Geno Fragnito; and Gary Sigfrinius.

The Board's Legislative Committee meets in the fall each year to discuss potential legislative issues.

Compliance Review Group (CRG)
Members are Norm Pint, Chair; William Gillespie; and Susan McCarville.

The Compliance Review Group meets with licensees to conduct informal inquiries into alleged violations of lawful gambling statutes and rules.

Executive Committee
Members are Bill Goede, Chair; Norm Pint, Vice-Chair, and William Gillespie, Secretary.

Upon referral from the Board, the Executive Committee reviews the appeal of the denial of an organization license or premises permit, as specified in Minnesota Rules, 7865.0260.
